ConstructionSkills is a leading Sector Skills Council. We work across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to improve the skills of those who work in the whole range of sectors from craft to technical and professional.

As the Sector Skills Council for construction industry, we are committed delivering a safe, professional and fully qualified construction workforce.

In the past year, we have developed our Construction Ambassadors who act as industry role models – going into schools to help and advise young people. We have helped 400,000 workers to pass Health & Safety Tests and 50,000 experienced workers to achieve their NVQs through On Site Assessment Training (OSAT) and Experienced Worker Practical Assessment (EWPA).

We operate a number of Construction Colleges throughout the country and have recently secured £17m of funding from the Learning Skills Council to redevelop our National Construction College in Norfolk.
