By entering the awards online and paying for your entry, you are entering into a binding agreement. Please note that no refund will be due, if you decide not to continue into the research process after payment online, or if you do not reach the benchmark number of responses for your company.
For table bookings at the awards luncheon, we will confirm your booking within two working days. If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact us immediately. Tel: 020 8652 4494.
If you cancel your table on or before the 18th May 2009, a full refund will be given. If you cancel after the 18th May 2009 no refund is given but we can accept any name changes to the guest list any time up to and including the day of the awards.
We will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible event cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Conference Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc

Cancellation of the event
In the event that Best Places to Work in Construction Awards is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be made of any table fees paid.
